Hello there,

For once, two months away from here didn’t seem that long as it used to, and there was no anxiety or pressure to be in this space and write something for the sake of owning this space! This time it’s a good feeling of remembering two eventful months and telling you that I have indeed been living some dreams from decades ago.

Most notably, three. Yours truly:

1. finally wears a uniform in the service of the society!

2. is a conservationist-in-the-making, surveying reptiles and amphibians in their wild environments, and is on the path to learn to monitor them!

3. mixed-martial-artist-in-the-making, starting with BJJ and Muay Thai

I think I’m beginning to realize the power of manifestation. What started as my way of encouraging myself & others with ’40 is the new 20′ is indeed turning out to be true, and I don’t intend to stop now.

Besides that, another country checked off in the travel list – Taiwan.

And yes, spring is finally here and the road romps are gaining traction, what with new running shoes and all! May may well turn out to be the first in almost 18 months that I run 50km in total in a month. What a shame! What was once a breeze now feels like mountain-climbing. Time to up the ante!
